Exclusive property
The couple put their house up for sale on June 17 with the help of real estate agent David Turner. In the description of the property, the latter characterizes the mansion as a “spectacular property” and emphasizes: “The owner has masterfully renovated the home with a fresh, comfortable and modern aesthetic that retains its original grandeur and integrity.”
Built in 1929, the house is located in the middle of more than 4 hectares of land and stands on 4 floors. The latter has 12 bathrooms, 8 bedrooms, an indoor swimming pool, several games and sports rooms, as well as a 30-meter terrace with access to the river.
The couple seems to have business acumen. Indeed, the residence nicknamed “Longmeadow” was purchased in 2019 for $4.5 million. The latter is being sold today for 12 million dollars, almost tripling the purchase price. A significant margin for a pair of actors.
