Who are the voice actors for ‘Inside Out 2’?

See who the actors and voice actors were chosen to voice the characters in the new Disney and Pixar animation: ‘Inside Out 2’!

Tomorrow, the 20th, one of the most anticipated Disney and Pixar animations of the year hits theaters: “Inside Out 2”! The sequel to the film released in 2015 should follow Joy, Sadness, Disgust, Anger and Fear as Riley goes through a new phase: adolescence!

The arrival of puberty brings not only new friendships, new islands of personality and new challenges, but also new emotions to the control room, making the already familiar quintet embark on an even more exciting adventure as they discover how they can find harmony with so much thing happening at the same time.

Still, for the plot to take shape, in addition to the writers, directors and animators, another team is very important for the emotions to be conveyed in the best way: the voice actors! With them in mind, RECREIO has gathered below everything you need to know about the voices behind Anxiety, Shame, Envy, Boredom, Joy, Sadness, Disgust, Anger, Fear, and of course, Riley!

Anxiety

The film’s villain, Ansiedade is the character voiced by Maya Hawke (Stranger Things) which nationally will receive the voice of Tata Werneck (Lady Night).

Shame

The big, pink Shame is voiced by Paul Walter Hauser (Cruella), but in the Brazilian dubbing it will be the responsibility of Fernando Mendonça (Moon Knight).

Envy

Envy originally has the voice of Ayo Edebiri (The Bear), but in Brazil, it will be recognized by the voice of Gaby Milani (The Backyardigans).

Boredom

Finishing the quartet of new emotions, Tédio had the voice actress cast Adèle Exarchopoulos (Elements) in the official cast. In the national version, Eli Ferreira (Eduardo and Mônica) are the ones who dub the character.

Happiness

Joy is voiced by Amy Poehler (Parks and Recreation) in the original version and Mia Mello (Carousel 2: The Disappearance of Maria Joaquina) in the national dubbing. Both actresses have voiced the character since the first film in the franchise.

Sadness

Phyllis Smith (The Office) is the official voice actress for Tristeza, while in Brazil, Katiuscia Canoro (Zorra Total) is the voice of the character.

Disgusting

With the dubbing of Mindy Kaling (The Office) in the first film and Liza Lapira (The Equalizer – The Protector) in the second, Nojinho was always voiced by Dani Calabresa (The Speaker) in Brazil.

Anger

Anger is voiced by LewisBlack (Approved). In Portuguese, Leo Jaime (Novo Mundo) is the one who voices the character.

Fear

Riley
