‘Foster’s Mansion for Imaginary Friends’ and ‘Close Up Show’ will get new series

Just like ‘Foster’s Mansion for Imaginary Friends’ and ‘Just a Show’, the animation ‘Adventure Time’ will also gain new projects; understand everything!

‘Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends’ and ‘The Regular Show’ will get new animated series! The information was confirmed during the Annecy 2024 International Animation Film Festival, as reported by the Jovem Nerd portal.

In the case of ‘Foster’s Mansion for Imaginary Friends’, the production will be a derivative that targets pre-school children (aged two to five), and the story should follow Bloo, now older and more immature, who thus He will once again teach everything he knows to a new group of young imaginary friends, making several mistakes.

Therefore, the spin-off will not bring back iconic characters from the cartoon launched in 2004 by Cartoon Network, such as Minguado, Coco, Eduardo, Frankie, Senhor Coelho, Mac and Cheese, pleasing those who are nostalgic just for the presence of Bloo and Madame Foster.

As for the project that will be connected to ‘Just a Show’ (2010 – 2017), information has not yet been released that anticipates the synopsis of the new title, but it is known that the work will feature JG Quintelthe creator of the animated television series, who will be present among the production team.

Also from Cartoon, ‘Adventure Time’ will be another production that will have the franchise extended. The plan is for a film and two more animated series to be released. To achieve this, the project will feature the creator of ‘Steven Universe’, Rebecca Sugar; the co-creator of ‘The Secret Beyond the Garden’, Patrick McHale; and the return of the showrunner from the original title starring Finn and Jake, Adam Muto.
