Lawyers for Min Hee Jin, CEO of ADOR, intend to take further legal action against HYBE following the dismissal of two ADOR executives
This Friday, the 31st, the South Korean portal KBS News (via Koreaboo) reported that the lawyers for the CEO of ADOR, Min Hee Jinintend to carry out another legal battle with legal actions taking into account the ADOR Shareholders’ Meeting.
The conflict happened this morning, when HYBE disrespected a court decision that prohibited the corporation from using its own voting rights during the last Shareholders’ Meeting, which aimed to reach an agreement on the dismissal of Min Hee Jin of the conglomerate. During the process, HYBE ended up firing two ADOR executives, replacing them with three from HYBE itself.

Since there is no reason to fire Min Hee Jin, there is no reason to fire the two ADOR executives. Therefore, if HYBE were to terminate them, it would mean that HYBE ignored the court’s ruling and fired them without cause.”
Previously, during the month of April, Min Hee Jin held one of the most notable press conferences in the k-pop industry, where he exposed the manipulation he suffered through HYBE, since his record label, ADOR, is a subsidiary of the corporation. Conflict was one of the main keys to keeping the public in favor of their version of events.
