Mexican group takes a stand after NewJeans is accused of plagiarism

Girl group NewJeans received accusations of plagiarism after allegedly copying the aesthetics of Mexican group Jeans

Last Monday, the 20th, NewJeans became the target of several internet users on social media after being accused of plagiarism. After the incident, fans came to the defense of the girl group managed by ADOR, asking for answers from Jeans and their thoughts regarding the accusations, especially since the NewJeans members were receiving several offensive comments.

During this Tuesday, the 21st, after the allegations came to light, a fan accessed a TikTok video to tag Jeans’ official account and explain that the members were being “attacked” because of accusations of plagiarism. To everyone’s surprise, the Jeans account was extremely positive with the following response:
