Taeyeon, from Girls’ Generation, is confirmed in Netflix reality show

This Tuesday, the 30th, SM Entertainment, the company responsible for Girls’ Generation, confirmed that Taeyeonleader of the group, will participate in the second season of the reality show “Zumbiverso”, produced by the Netflix streaming platform.

“Taeyeon will appear in ‘Zombieverse 2’,” SM said in an official press release.

In “Zumbiverso”, the audience follows a group of people during an immersion that simulates a real zombie apocalypse in Seoul, the capital of South Korea, where participants need to carry out missions to stay alive, and reach the grand final.

To make the scenario even more realistic, the production counts on the participation of the art team from the hit series “All Of Us Are Dead”, in addition to all the actors who represent the zombies being trained by the choreographers from the series “Kingdom”.

The official synopsis of “Zumbiverso” made available by Netflix says: “In Seoul, the outbreak of a zombie virus gets out of control. Now, humans must face the undead in challenging missions. Who will come out of this alive?”

With the second season, which promises to be even more challenging, confirmed to premiere in 2024, Netflix and SM Entertainment, however, have not yet revealed what the role of Taeyeonin the episodes. New information should be revealed soon.
