Forbes Korea released the list of the 40 Korean celebrities with the highest level of influence, and the first place couldn’t make BLINKs prouder. That’s because BLACKPINK appears at the top of the list, being voted the most influential Korean artist.
In addition to BLACKPINK, the list also features groups such as NewJeans, in third place, IVE, in tenth, and LE SSERAFIM in twenty-fourth place. As for K-pop soloists, Lim Young Woong comes in fifth, Jimin It is Jungkookfrom BTS, appear in seventh and ninth place, respectively, while Cha Eunwoofrom ASTRO, and UI appear in eleventh and thirtieth position.
More than idols, the list also features athletes, such as football players Son Heung MinIt is Kim Min Jae, who rank second and fourth as most influential celebrities; K-drama stars, like Ahn Eun Jin (My Dearest) and Lee June (Sorriso Real), which appear in the fifteenth and twentieth positions; as well as big names in South Korean entertainment, such as Lee Sangmin and the YouTuber DEXwhich appear in thirteenth and fourteenth position, respectively.
