Nicole Scherzinger and her non-stop sports training in the video

Lewis Hamilton’s former partner shared a video on his Instagram page of an indoor workout that combines cardio, muscle strengthening and intensity.

While some people enjoy gentle, low-impact sports, others need high-intensity exercise. This obviously applies to Nicole Scherzinger, as evidenced by the video posted on her Instagram page on April 23. He does a lot of exercises mixing cardio and muscle strengthening, all at a particularly fast pace. Some friendly advice in the caption of his post: “Move your ass. You will feel much better.”

Exercises with weights

Most of the exercises performed by the singer are done with weights to complicate the muscle work and make it eventually more efficient. Thus, we find several movements aimed at strengthening the lower body, such as the famous hip thrusts; weight-bearing pelvic lifts, known as the ultimate glute-strengthening exercise: lunges and squats. Nicole Scherzinger also performs a one-legged deadlift.

The former singer of The Pussycat Dolls also incorporates jumps into her workout routine, performing jumping lunges and jumping squats with ropes to work her core, arms and thighs. Something to inspire you for your next gym session.
