After HYBE disclosed that Min Hee Jin had not responded to requests about the audit, the CEO claims to have sent the forms on time; understand!
With the fight that broke out between HYBE and one of its subsidiaries, ADOR, last Monday, the 22nd, the company carried out an audit against Min Hee Jin, current CEO of ADOR. Thus, official questionnaires were sent to her and the company’s deputy CEOs, in addition to requesting the notebook that Hee Jin used in his daily life.
However, HYBE stated that the CEO did not respond to the audit and did not send anything that had been requested. However, Min Hee Jin revealed, in an official statement issued on April 24, that it completed the questionnaire within the deadline stipulated by HYBE, going against what the company had said about it.
Furthermore, Hee Jin said it could not share the content of the audit questionnaire, as it was a legal and confidential document. The CEO also stated that HYBE included a clause stating that “if the audit content is shared externally, it will be dealt with through strong legal action”, without giving further details on the matter (via Koreaboo).
Previously, it had been reported that ADOR’s CEO was allegedly trying to usurp the management rights of the company and HYBE. Although, Min Hee Jin denied the accusations, stating that he had only complained about the plagiarism that NewJeans had suffered by ILLIT, a group of BELIFT Lab, also a subsidiary of HYBE.
