Almost a month after their debut, girl group ILLIT continues to break surprising records; find out which one is the time!
This Monday, the 22nd, it was announced by BELIFT Lab that, last Saturday, the 20th, girlgroup ILLIT’s debut single, entitled ‘Magnetic’ reached the incredible mark of 100 million streams on Spotify. Taking just 27 days to reach the astonishing number.
With this, ‘Magnetic’ became the fastest K-pop debut song to reach 100 million streams on the platform. It is worth remembering that, last week, the single reached 91st position on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Watch the MV!
ILLIT is a South Korean girl group managed by BELIFT Lab, a subsidiary of HYBE. He was formed through HYBE’s survival program ‘RU Next?’ with JTBC. It has 5 members, namely: Wonhee, Iroha, Minju, Moka It is Yunah. Originally, it would have 6 members, however Youngseowho participated in the pre-debut, left the group before the official debut.
In their official debut, which took place almost a month ago, on March 25, 2024, ILLIT released a mini-album. Titled ‘SUPER REAL ME’, the project has 4 songs, totaling 9 minutes. They are: ‘My World’, ‘Magnetic’, ‘Midnight Fiction’ and ‘Lucky Girl Syndrome’. Listen!
