Sony’s “Ghostbusters” film franchise will receive a free exhibition in São Paulo, starting in April; know more!
NEW ALERT FOR GHOSTBUSTERS FANS! To celebrate the franchise’s 40th anniversary, Sony Pictures, in partnership with MIS (institution of the Secretariat of Culture, Economy and Creative Industry of the Government of the State of São Paulo) will hold an immersive exhibition with interactive spaces, objects used in the films and much more. more.
Furthermore, to make the celebration even more memorable, the event will be entirely free. The exhibition will run from April 4th until May 5th, arriving before Sony’s newest film, “Ghostbusters: Ice Apocalypse”, which has a release date of April 11th. The exhibition will be open from Tuesday to Friday, from 10am to 7pm, on Saturdays, from 10am to 8pm and on Sundays and holidays, from 10am to 6pm.
The exhibition promises to recreate some of the most iconic scenes from the films, such as the Ghostbusters headquarters, the fire station and even the elevator doors at the Sedgwick Hotel. But does not stop there! The ghosts Jelly, Vigo and The Mini Marshmallow Monsters will also be present at the venue, in order to interact with fans and ensure they have good photos in the space.
To conclude, the event’s production team has prepared a surprise for fans who are there on the last day, on May 5th, as the classic film from the franchise, released in 1984, will be shown at Cine Kids, a monthly MIS program that features a session of children’s film, followed by an educational workshop.
