The “Chronicles of Narnia” franchise emerged in 1950, thanks to the Irish author CS Lewis. In total, the saga has seven books, namely “The Magician’s Nephew”, “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe”, “Prince Caspian”, “The Voyage of the Dawn Treader”, “The Chair of Silver”, “The Horse and His Boy” and “The Last Battle”.

Becoming a success all over the world, today the works of Lewis about the magical world of Narnia already have more than 120 million copies sold worldwide, in addition to being translated into 47 languages.

In the 2000s, Disney decided to bring the plot to the big screen, and adapted three of the seven books: “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe”, “Prince Caspian” and “The Voyage of the Dawn Treader”. Synopsis: “’The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe’ tells the story of the adventures of four siblings in England ravaged by World War II, as they enter the world of Narnia through a magical wardrobe, while They played hide and seek in the country house of an elderly professor. There, the children discover a charming and peaceful land, but condemned by the evil witch Jadis to live in an endless winter. Guided by their noble and mystical ruler, the lion-god Aslan, the children fight to nullify the witch’s power over Narnia in a spectacular final battle that will free her from Jadis’ icy spell forever.”
