Michel Le Van Quen – During my first imprisonment I was under house arrest in a very small apartment in Paris, and I realized that I missed nature very much. During the rest of my health, I left Paris, turned green, and saw how much better I felt about stress and anxiety. I wanted to understand the mechanisms underlying this need for nature, I started this research on the benefits of nature on the brain.
