On February 28, Lee Know, member of Stray Kids was named a member of the Bob Pierce Honor Club. This is a group of donors, the name was given in honor of Bob Pierce, founder of World Vision. Project sponsors include those who are sympathetic to global issues and take the lead in promoting the value of sharing.
Lee Know, who demonstrated consistent interest and support for children in need, became the youngest member of the Bob Pierce Honor Club. We will work harder so that the gentle influence of Lee Know can be well transmitted through World Vision”, revealed the president of World Vision about Lee Know.
It is worth remembering that, in January this year, the singer Lee Know donated 100 million won to World Vision. The donation was made in order to help children facing the food crisis in the poorest countries, where there is a shortage of food due to climatic conditions.
This is not the first time that Lee Know participates in social causes. In addition to those already presented, it also contributed to emergency relief activities during the major earthquakes that occurred in Syria and Turkey and, since 2014, has sponsored children in Korea and abroad.
