Legendary Australian rock band AC/DC has announced the start of a new European tour. It was reported by Euronews Culture.
This is the artists’ first European tour since 2016 and the first time to present the 2020 album “Power Up” to the public.
The tour, which will feature two new band members, kicks off in Germany on May 17 and will cover Europe with dates in Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, England, Slovakia and France, concluding in Dublin on August 17 .
The tour also marks the 50th anniversary of the band, which was founded by Australian brothers Malcolm and Angus Young in late 1973.
Malcolm Young died in 2017, while Angus continues to front the band with vocalist Brian Johnson.
It was previously reported that the famous Australian musician, the first drummer of the rock band AC/DC Colin Burgess, died at the age of 77.
