The film will tell the story of Prince Andrew’s controversial interview with journalist Emily Maitlis in 2019. It should be released in the spring on the platform.
Netflix has published the first images from the upcoming film Sensation (Scoop) about Britain’s Prince Andrew. The BBC reported it.
The images show how close key scenes from the 2019 interview between Prince Andrew and Emily Maitlis, in which she described her relationship with the late financier Jeffrey Epstein, accused of child molestation and trafficking, are precisely made.
In the first of three images released by Netflix, the film’s main characters talk while walking through a recreation of Buckingham Palace, where the interview took place.
The second photo depicts an interview in which Prince Andrew discussed his relationships with Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, the socialite currently serving a prison sentence for helping Epstein abuse girls.
In this conversation, the Duke of York also denied an intimate relationship with 17-year-old Virginia Giuffre, who sued him.
The third photo shows the interviewer apparently preparing to ask a question.
It is noted that Rufus Sewell portrays the Duke, and Gillian Anderson plays Maitlis.
