Universal announced this Tuesday, the 30th, that Universal Orlando Resort, the company’s theme park complex, will have a new theme park. Called Epic Universe, the place is expected to open to the public next year, in 2025.
Through a short video on YouTube, members of the Epic Universe creative team present details about Universal’s new theme park. As mentioned in the video description, the company will make a series of them revealing every corner of the new park. Check it out below!
Epic Universe will have five immersive worlds and promises to offer innovative attractions from various universes. Among them are: Harry Potter and some Nintendo characters. There will be 50 attractions and experiences, not counting the restaurants, shops and entertainment options inside the park.
In addition to the Harry Potter and Nintendo universes, the park will have immersive spaces for the world of “How to Train Your Dragon” and also “Dark Universe”, where you will learn about Dr. Victoria Frankenstein’s experiments and much more! According to the website “Vai Pra Disney?”, the park will be located about 12 minutes by car from the current Universal complex. The location already has the Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure theme parks, the Volcano Bay water park, as well as shops, restaurants and some hotels.
