What do I share with him?
Where I grew up, in Geneville, near Paris, there were people like him in my previous generation. For them, I was a “little one” for whom they always said a good word. As a child, before I understood everything, I admired these boys who started from scratch and who, thanks to their intelligence, were able to develop in fields so different from us.
How does the series respond to today’s world?
It tells the story of class struggle, with white-collar workers pitted against the poor, who are willing to do whatever it takes to get by without outside help. It also tells about the cynicism of the time. the carbon tax was created to support the environmental cause. Yet even as we try to save our children, some see it as an opportunity to take advantage of the system.
Is it bad to talk about myself in promos?
I already find it difficult to talk about myself in intimate circles. It is torture in front of the microphone.
