Pharrell Williams presented his Fall-Winter 2024 collection for the French brand on January 16 at the Jardin d’Acclimatation. In the first row: friends, lovers and… sportsmen.
They were eagerly waiting for the moment. After the success of his Pont-Neuf show last June, all eyes have been on Pharrell Williams’ second Paris show for Louis Vuitton. The artist and designer presented his Fall-Winter 2024 collection in a huge setting behind the Louis Vuitton Foundation. In the front row, on the steps of the dirt grandstands, were many celebrities who came to watch the show and support the designer.
Actors, first. Bradley Cooper was all smiles in a navy blue coat that matched his flared pants. Carey Mulligan, who shares the Maestro banner with him and has been at all the events in recent weeks, appeared in a black suit with a white belt. On the French side, we saw Omar Sy and Pio Marma, each wearing clothes from Pharrell Williams’ first collection for Louis Vuitton.
Athletes, then. Football was especially well represented. Goalkeepers Thibaut Courtois (Real Madrid) and Gianluigi Donnarumma (Paris-Saint Germain) were present, as well as players Warren Zay Emery and Marco Verratti. Tennis player Venus Williams, known for her love for fashion, came in a tie.
Musicians, finally. The designer invited many of his friends from the music world, such as the band Mumford And Sons, who performed for the after-party of the show, or American rappers such as Asap Ferg, Lil Yachty, Swae Lee, Playboy Carti and Quavo. And of course, in the front row, Helen Lasichan, wife of Pharrell Williams, accompanied by children, the only people in public who wore the collection presented that day. The creator, who came to greet the public, took the opportunity to hug his family, and they hugged him with pride.
