The leader in the market of new hybrids is the Toyota RAV-4 (1,822 units), the second most popular is the Nnissan Qashqai (1,041), and the third is the Mercedes-Benz GLE (790).
By 2023, the Ukrainian car fleet will be filled with more than 17.2 thousand hybrid passenger cars. This is 55% more than in 2022 and only 8% less than in pre-war 2021. It was reported by Ukravtoprom.
It is noted that the share of new cars from this amount is 63%. In total, hybrids account for about 18% of sales in the new passenger car market.

The leader in registration of imported used cars with hybrid powertrains is the Ford Fusion US (688 units). Next are the Toyota Prius (514) and Chevrolet Volt (468).
We remind you that the market for electric cars in Ukraine has almost tripled over the year. Last year, Ukrainians bought 37.6 thousand zero-emission cars, or 2.8 times higher compared to 2022.
It was also reported that car imports into Ukraine dropped by 50% last year.
