Screen star Jack Black has landed the lead role in a feature-length film based on the video game Minecraft.
Actor Jack Black stars in an upcoming movie about the popular video game Minecraft.
In particular, on his Instagram page he published a photo of himself sitting in front of a window and reading a book about a video game.
“The actor is getting ready,” he captioned the photo.
It is not yet known who exactly will play Jack Black, but there are rumors that he will play the main character Steve.
As previously reported, Minecraft will also star actors Jason Momoa, Emma Myers and Daniel Brooks.
As for the film itself, production is expected to begin soon in New Zealand. The plot of the film is kept under wraps and the writers are still working on it.
