Find out who each of the six members of TWS are, Pledis Entertainment’s first boy group since the debut of SEVENTEEN
TWS has taken shape! Last Tuesday, the 2nd, Pledis Entertainment revealed who’s who in the company’s newest boy group. The revelation was made through the release of the preview single “Oh Mymy: 7s”, where each of the six members of the line-up is introduced before the MV performance begins. Look!
Who are they?
The first to be presented is Dohoonan idol who celebrated his 18th birthday on May 31st, as he was born on the same date in 2005. Although the information has not been officially confirmed, fans speculate that he could be the leader of the formation.
Soon after, the maknae (youngest member) appears: Kyungmin, an idol who blew out her birthday candles on October 2, turning 16 years old. He was born in 2007.
Youngjae becomes the third to appear in the video. The 18-year-old artist shares the same birthday with Dohoon: May 31, 2005.
The oldest of the group has his identity revealed below: Shinyucame into the world on November 7, 2003, turning 20 years old at the end of last year.
Hanjin is the only non-South Korean member of the group. The idol was born on January 5, 2006, in China, so he will be the first member of the lineup to receive congratulatory messages from fans after the members’ official presentation.
Finally, there are Jihoonformer member of Trainee A, who was born on March 28, 2006, making him 17 years old.
It is worth remembering that TWS (pronounced like the English words “to us”) is the first male group to debut under PLEDIS Entertainment in nine years, as until then, the SEVENTEENhad been the most recent formation to debut for the company, having accomplished the feat in 2015, with the release of the album “17 Carat” which was accompanied by an MV for the title track “Adore U”.
Furthermore, the official debut of TWS is scheduled for January 22nd with the release of “Sparkling Blue”.
