Netflix plans to create a franchise based on the hit series this Wednesday. Deadline reported this.
It is known that the next series will be devoted to the story of Uncle Fester, who has the ability to generate electricity. In the seventh episode of the first season, he was played by American comedian Fred Armisen.
The project is currently in the early stages of development. Negotiations for the spin-off are taking place alongside preparations for Wednesday’s second season starring Jenna Ortega.
It was previously reported that filming of the second season of the Wednesday series has been moved from Romania to Ireland and will begin in April 2024.
