As Mistress of Ceremonies, what do you want to convey?
I’m obsessed with showing that women exist. For the first time, there will be as many women on stage as winners, presenters or guests, as there are men. First of all, we discovered them naturally, without being vigilant, unlike a few years ago. This says something about the female leaders of very large groups or the founders of the gems of tomorrow. And we found them very easily without it being a topic. I keep counting the number of women in our shows for a day, week and month. We are no longer here for ceremony, and that is a very powerful signal.
