The K-pop idol who has debuted 8 times but never left his official group

Find out who the idol has one of the highest number of debuts in k-pop history

In the K-popper dictionary, when they say that an idol has debuted, it means that he made his debut in the Korean music industry by officially releasing his first work, whether released as a member of a group or through his career as a solo artist. — But, did you know that an idol has already debuted 8 times without leaving his official group?

This happens because, when an artist joins a sub-unit of the group or agency to which they already belong, the first release of that unit will mark the debut of those members in the new formation. The same happens when he releases his first single or solo album, where the release of this product will mark his debut as a soloist.

Super Junior-H — In 2008, he debuted as a member of Super Junior-H, or Super Junior-Happy. Alongside Leeteuk, Yesung, Kangin, Shindong and Sungmino, their debut was made with the release of their first mini-album, “Cooking? Cooking!”

Super Junior-M — Also known as Super Junior-Mandarin, this is the Chinese sub-unit of the boy group, which made its official debut on April 8, 2008. In addition to Eunhyuk, the current lineup has six more members: Sungmin, Siwon, Zhoumi Donghae, Ryeowook and Kyuhyun.
