Linda Evangelista, Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss… this iconic first row of the Fendi show in Milan

It was a fashion moment not to be missed at the start of Milan Fashion Week. On Wednesday, September 20, 2023, artistic director Kim Jones presented her spring-summer 2024 collection for Fendi. Guests gathered in a room decorated with giant baguette bags. Among them are a number of notable celebrities. Starting with supermodel Linda Evangelista, sitting next to actresses Naomi Watts, Gwendoline Christie and Christina Ricci. A few meters away we could see Naomi Campbell, her face hidden by large black glasses. The star model sat next to Kate Moss, dressed in all black, and actress Demi Moore, glowing in a long red dress. On the same bench, and to top it all off, we spotted model Amber Valletta.

Kim Jones paid tribute to the trend on the catwalk quiet luxury which is all the rage these days, giving a luxurious look without being flashy. “In Rome there is elegance in being easy and not worrying about what others think; it’s a real luxury. In this collection I wanted to reflect this. This collection is about women who dress for themselves,” said the artistic director’s official press release. Then we find long knitted dresses cut close to the body, shorts in shades of beige, awakened by bright accessories, a hint of sensuality made possible by the cut, especially on the collars. It’s certainly enough to give ideas to the fan of this front-row outfit without the taste.
