The live-action One Piece is conquering numbers on Netflix and fans around the world
Last Tuesday, the 5th, Netflix showed its latest data regarding the views of its productions and, from that, it was revealed that the live-action “One Piece” had more than 18.5 million views in in just four days, since its launch on the 31st of August.
This streaming report also pointed out that the series based on the manga of Eiichiro Oda became the most watched English-language production of the week, accounting for more than 140 million hours played.
It is worth remembering that the series also broke a record within Netflix. According to the FlixPatrol website (via Omelete), which gathers statistics and data from the platform, “One Piece: The Series” was in the Top 1 in 84 countries, becoming the most viewed streaming production in several territories. Before Luffy and his companions reached the catalog, the record was held by “Wandinha” and “Stranger Things”, which conquered the podium in 83 countries. So far, Netflix has not given any official information about this data.
