Gabi from Brazil and Sriya from India are announced as new members of BLACKSWAN

Last Thursday, the 27th, DR Music finally announced that the girl group BLACKSWAN will gain not just one, but two new members: the Brazilian Gabriela Dalcin and the indian Sriya Lenka.

The confirmation came after six months of auditions, where the girls were tested and had their dancing, singing, Korean communication and performance skills improved. The news was released through the company’s official Instagram account. Check out!

The post caption reads: “sriya and Gabi were finally selected as a member of BLACKSWAN after participating in the global audition program for the past 6 months. With their debut, we will be back with the new BLACKSWAN.”

It is worth remembering that, with the addition of the two new members, BLACKSWAN becomes even more unique, since Sriya Lenkaborn in the city of Odisha, is the first Indian woman in history to participate in a K-pop group.

In addition, with the inclusion of the gaúcha Gabrielathe girlgroup now has two Brazilian women, since, since the original formation, the group has reada member who was born in the state of Paraná.

BLACKSWAN was formed in 2020 by DR Music which currently has six members: Youngheun, Leia, Fatou, Judy, Sriya and Gabi. The group made their latest comeback with the release of their first single album “Close to Me” in 2021. Check out the title-track MV!
