Pre-release track predates V’s first solo album titled ‘Layover’
Vfrom BTS, continues to reach impressive milestones as a soloist — even if his official solo debut has yet to happen.
Last Monday, the 21st, Billboard announced that its pre-release track “Love Me Again” debuted at number 96 on the Hot 100 chart, responsible for ranking the most popular songs in the United States. The information is from Soompi.

The conquest marks the second entry of V on chart. The first one happened last year, with the song “Christmas Tree”, OST from the drama “Our Beloved Summer”, which debuted at number 79. Meanwhile, “Rainy Days”, another pre-release track from Taehyungdebuted at number 18 on Billboard’s Bubbling Under Hot 100.
But does not stop there! “Love Me Again” was also present on other Billboard charts, such as: 12th on the Global 200, 1st on Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales, 6th on Global Excl. US and 3rd in Digital Song Sales. Meanwhile, “Rainy Days” entered 16th on Global 200, 4th on Digital Song Sales and 8th on Global Excl. US already V is ranked 30th on the Artist 100 list.
His first album as a soloist, “Layover”, is scheduled for release on September 8th. The album is produced by Min Hee-Jin, CEO of ADOR and producer of girl group NewJeans. The executive was in charge of elements such as music, choreography, design and promotion style.
