According to the director, the video work is focused on indestructible Kyiv, which has been an unattainable goal of the invaders since the beginning of the war.
Ukrainian singer Max Barskikh released a video for the song Know Yourself. The video was published on the artist’s YouTube channel on May 12.
Notice that in this video clip we have mixed footage shot with a household camera before the war even started, with a modern video made this spring. The director of the video is the producer of the artist Alan Badoev.
“We dedicated this video work to Kiev – an impregnable fortress, which for almost a year and a half was an unattainable goal of the invaders. Despite rocket attacks, blackouts, air raids and endless threats, this city is beating, its heart is incessantly filled with thirst for life. And it is this life that we sought to emphasize,” Badoev commented on the work.
It was previously reported that Max Barskikh, on the anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, released the song Mamo, don’t cry.
