There are situations in ‘Drake & Josh’ that are hard to find logic; discover some of them!
Originally part of Nickelodeon’s programming between 2004 and 2007, ‘Drake & Josh’ is the series starring Drake BellIt is Josh Peck that accompanies the daily life of the unlikely duo after they ceased to be simple strangers who study at the same school and began to experience comical and disastrous situations when they became half-brothers.
In the midst of these events that are capable of bringing laughter to this day, there are some situations that, if taken from the world of fiction, would make no sense, as analyzed by Screenrant. Check out some of them in the list below:
1. Megan’s room
Megan is Drake and Josh’s younger sister who is always coming up with a new plan to get the two into real trouble – and many of her villainous ideas are thought of in the comfort of her bedroom. That’s because, with the use of a remote control, it reveals technological equipment hidden inside the walls.
Even though a little girl knows how to handle all of this is already impressive, the fact that her parents don’t know about the existence of these hidden objects is what makes no sense. How did they never find control and discover the truth? How did Megan manage to have all that equipment in her room?
2. Build a tree house
Receiving the name “Tree House”, the tenth episode of the fourth season shows Drake and Josh trying to rebuild the tree house in the backyard of the neighbor’s house, after accidentally burning down the original house. To do this, they buy equipment, materials and really put their hands into cutting wood, but where did this mercenary knowledge come from? Besides, where did all that money come from when Josh earns minimum wage and Drake is a guitar player in a band?
3. Chemistry Test Rules
Also in the fourth season, but in the episode “Josh Cansou”, the pair of brothers takes a chemistry test, but the rules for carrying out the test are totally outside the known standards. This can be seen when Josh enters the room a few minutes late, which is enough to generate absurd discounts on his grade, leading him to fail the exam, even though Drake has clearly cheated and chatted during another test without any consequences.
4. The episode “Honor Council”
The 14th episode of the second season of the series entitled “Council of Honor” is full of unsustainable situations off screen. The first one is how Mindy assembles Mrs. Hayfer inside the classroom? She would have needed a good, fast mechanic, wouldn’t she? Also, how did she manage to get into the high school overnight?
Another point is the council itself formed among students and school staff to find out who is to blame for the prank. If it were an ordinary school, the teachers would hardly be able to give up their schedules to discover the author of something that does not directly affect everyone in the school.
5. Buy animals online
Although to acquire a simple domestic animal, such as a cat or a dog, it is necessary to fill out several forms and documents, one of the actions that is repeated in the series is the purchase of exotic animals online, even if this makes no sense.
This fact can be noticed when Megan acquires a sheep and a zebra in the season three episode “Sheep Thrills”, as well as when Drake and Josh buy a monkey for Officer Perry Gilbert online.
