More news for BTS! Last Sunday, BigHit Music announced the plans for the release of the first official solo album of Sucksfor the end of this month.
Entitled “D-DAY”, the album is scheduled for release on April 21 at 1 am (Brasília time), and will be the final part of the “August D” trilogy, composed of the mixtapes “August D” and “D-2 ”. As stated by the company and reflected by the Soompi portal, the album will delve into “the personal journey of Sucks as Agust D, offering an intimate portrait of his life as an artist.”
Before the official release of the album, ARMYs around the world will be able to get in the mood for the record with a pre-release set to take place next Friday, April 7th. So far, the agency has not released the title of the track.
It is worth remembering that, shortly after the release of the album, Sucks will start his first solo tour as August D, which will pass through countries such as the United States, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Japan and South Korea.
The first show is scheduled to take place on April 26th, in Belmont Park, in the United States, where it also has a performance scheduled for the 27th. Sucks performs in Newark on the 29th, Rosemont on the 3rd, 5th and 6th of May; Los Angeles on May 10, 11 and 14; and Oakland on May 16 and 17.
Ending the performances in the United States, the BTS member will perform in Jakarta on May 26, 27 and 28; in Bangkok on June 10th and 11th, and in Singapore on June 17th and 18th. The concerts in Seoul, South Korea are scheduled to take place on June 24th and 25th at Seoul’s Jamsil Indoor Stadium. So far, Japan dates have not been revealed.
