In a recent interview with the El País newspaper in Mexico, as reported by the POPline portal, Poncho returned to comment on RBD, where he revealed some serious problems present in the group’s contract at the time they were managed by Televisa, the broadcaster responsible for the telenovela.

“We signed a contract in which we ceded the rights of the characters, their images and, of everything that was explored in terms of merchandising, we didn’t see a single penny”, explained Miguel’s interpreter. “I was 23 or 24 years old and I saw the faces of my colleagues and myself everywhere — selling cookies, gum, juice, notebooks, sneakers, pencils and nothing. The broadcaster wasn’t fair and it’s not a question of money. I say again, this has to do with a matter of work! For example, in the show we did at the Coliseum in Los Angeles, for 63,000 people, they paid 18,000 pesos for it. [aproximadamente 5.100 reais]”.

Alfonso also commented on the rumors involving his participation in the “Soy Rebelde Tour”, where vehicles reported that the star would have asked for a high price to perform the shows and, for this reason, would have stayed out of the presentations.

“I’m very happy with the projects I have at the moment, which is where I’m putting my energy. I know this project [os novos shows do RBD] it will be a resounding success and I have nothing but good wishes for them. A magazine reported that I had asked an exorbitant amount to participate in the reunion and what I say is that they better pay my companions for all the crap they got into for so many years. It has nothing to do with money, it has to do with fairness.”

please note that Herrera also decided not to participate in the single “Siempre He Estado Aqui”, released by in 2020. In an interview with the Mexican television channel Imagen Televisión, Poncho revealed that, despite his decision, Christopher, Maite, sweet, Christian It is anahi always support you.
