The fashion brand, founded by Sébastien Meyer and Arnaud Weilan, created the event this Friday by showcasing five Boston Dynamics robots on its catwalk. On September 30, she already stood out with an unprecedented performance in a skin-sprayed dress.

In the hall of the Chaillot National Theater, where the show was taking place, five Boston Dynamics robots that looked like dogs suddenly appeared in the middle of the mannequins. Models one after another then put their purse in the mouth of the animaid machines before recovering them in a second pass. The coup d’état was delivered when Dutchwoman Rhianna Van Rompuy suddenly stepped forward into one of these new types of quadrupeds; which tore off her jacket to reveal her black mini dress with a plunging neckline. This well-crafted and clearly staged choreography once again demonstrates Copernicus’ desire to combine technology with fashion.
