‘Castelo Rá-Tim-Bum’, a program that was popular in the 1990s, broadcast by TV Cultura, will have a special in celebration of its 30th anniversary by the channel itself. The celebration meeting will have the original cast of the series, and has already won a new version of the classic opening.
The special, entitled ‘Castelo Rá-Tim-Bum – Reencontro’, aims to celebrate the legacy left by the children’s television series, with the actors of the plot revisiting the past and discussing their memories during the filming period.

The special does not contemplate the 30th anniversary of the series’ release, which will only take place on May 9, 2024, but celebrates the anniversary of the filming of the production, which began in 1993.
More about ‘Castelo Rá-Tim-Bum’
The series was broadcast between 1994 and 1997 with a total of 90 episodes divided into four seasons. In the plot, Nino is a boy who is 300 years old and lives with his uncles in Castelo Rá-Tim-Bum. Still, Nino still lives with the inventor Victor and the sorceress Morgana, in addition to always experiencing adventures with his friends Biba, Pedro and Zequinha.
The program was a success in the 1990s because of its highly educational content. The special will be broadcast on February 25 on TV Cultura.
