ემ Get ready. The actors of the “70s show” are still on the street.
Netflix confirmed on Saturday, original stars Topher Grace, Laura Prepon, Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis and Wilmer Valderrama will appear on TV to re-perform their roles in the upcoming “That ’90s Show” spin-off .
The actors will act as guests with former actors Kurtwood Smith (Red uniform) e Debra Joe Rup (Kitty Forman), who already has plans to return and is executive producer on the 10-episode sequel, the streaming giant said in a press release.
“Sex, drugs and rock‘ n ’roll don’t die, only clothes change,” read the series ’brief description.
Smith tweeted on Saturday a photo of him and Rup sitting at the dining table in their quaint kitchen, with the caption: “Both red and Kitty. Another decade. ”
Grace also shared her admiration for the photo showing a sports shirt for the high school fictional show, Point Place Vikings. “Yes, it still fits,” the actor wrote in the caption.
The duo of cult parents and former actors will be joined by new actors Ashley Aufderheid, Kali Haverda, May Coronel, Maxwell Ace Donovan, Raine Doy and Sam Morlos.
The only major actor not yet returning is Danny Masterson, who plays Hyde, as he faces multiple sexual assault charges. Masterson, who has denied the allegations, is preparing for trial on three counts of rape.
According to Netflix, “This 90’s Show” will begin 15 years after the series ’original finale, followed by Eric and Donna’s daughter Leah in 1995. There is no doubt that Leia will be going to Wisconsin to visit her grandparents in the summer. And connects the new generation of Point Place.
“That’ 70s Show ”premiered on Fox in 1998 and ran for eight seasons until 2006. There is no set release date for the first season of Spinoff.
