In September, Parliament decided to restore excise taxes on fuel. The Ministry of Economy has promised that this will not affect prices.
Ukrainian networks of gas stations began to raise prices for gasoline, diesel fuel and autogas, according to the A-95 consulting group, Enkorr wrote on Wednesday, October 12.
According to monitoring, diesel fuel in Shell, BRSM-Neft and Chipo networks increased in price by 50 kopecks/l, to UAH 53.99/l, UAH 52.14/l and UAH 52.20/l, respectively.
At Ukr-Petrol filling stations, the price of diesel fuel increased by 1 UAH/l to 50.60 UAH/l, at Olas – also by 1 UAH/l to 53.90 UAH/l.
In VostokGaz and Mango networks, diesel fuel increased in price by 2 UAH/l and 80 kopecks/l, to 52.39 UAH/l and 52.19 UAH/l, respectively.
Fuel prices at Ukr-Petrol, Olas, Chipo and VostokGaz stations increased by 0.5-2 UAH/l.
The average price for autogas increased by 14 kopecks – up to 26.72 hryvnias per liter, but in some gas station chains – by 55 kopecks per liter.
Recall that in September the Verkhovna Rada voted to restore excise taxes on fuel in the amount of: gasoline 100 € / 1000 liters, diesel 100 € / 1000 liters, biofuel 100 € / 1000 liters, gas 52 € / 1000 liters.
At the same time, the Ministry of Economy assured that the increase in excises will not affect prices at gas stations.
