Ukrainian entrepreneurs are increasing the volume of work and expectations in terms of turnover. The prime minister urged Ukrainians to support business.
In recent weeks, 25% of small and medium -sized businesses in Ukraine have increased their employment, Prime Minister Denys Shmygal announced on Monday, April 18th.
“In recent weeks, 25% of small and medium-sized businesses have increased the volume of work. In addition, businesses have improved their expectations for turnover by 10-20%, compared to the beginning of April, ”he said.
The Prime Minister noted that entrepreneurs have suffered huge losses, but tax cuts, 0% loans and improved logistics routes will help the recovery.
“I encourage Ukrainians to support our domestic business, especially small and medium-sized businesses. This is how you help restart the economy,” Shmyhal said in an address.
The prime minister also said that with the support of the state, more than 400 businesses have been brought to regions where there is no active fighting, more than 200 of them are already working.
According to President Volodymyr Zelensky, four -fifths of all domestic enterprises return to work in safe territory in Ukraine.
It should be noted that since the beginning of the war in the Russian Federation, the number of applications for opening a bankruptcy case has fallen from 1,100 in February 2022 to 16 in March and April in general.
