DTEK provided evacuation trains with coal

The company provided nearly 350 tons of coal to Ukrzaliznytsia for the domestic needs of evacuation trains.

DTEK Energy businesses have transferred 69 tons of coal to Ukrzaliznytsia, the company said on Friday, April 15.

“This fuel is necessary for the domestic needs of trains that daily evacuate Ukrainians from dangerous regions,” the statement said.

It was learned that this was the fifth shipment of coal by the railway workers. A total of 345 tons of coal has already been exported.

The company has allocated approximately 100 more tons for the needs of communities and social facilities.

It should be noted that after the start of the war, DTEK began to provide critical infrastructure facilities with free electricity in the amount of more than UAH 70 million.
