Mentoring for school children is a new trend and a pressing need in today’s realities

Oksano, be kind, tell me, what, in your opinion, needs to be changed in the current lighting system?

I respect that the main change, as step by step introduced in the lighting system, is the focus on learning, yoga needs, the development of yoga strengths. For me, education is a complex development of a child, and not just an academic warehouse. Learn to understand why wine is learned, understand the importance of explaining for yourself.

Today, it is important to send encouragement to children on the path of their future, and mentoring and psychological services themselves play an important role.

The theme of mentoring is still new for our education system, but more important. Can you explain more about who a mentor is and why your mission?

So, mentoring in Ukraine is less developed. A mentor is a specialist in the development of a child, who can develop pedagogical and/or psychological education. A mentor is at the same time a mentor, a human navigator and a provocateur in front of a sensible word. Mentoring helps to show the way to your right bazhan and encourage an individual learning trajectory, clearly showing the image of your future.

An instructor is a whole person, like accompanying a child in a її way to joke with himself, giving an individual approach to skin training.

Before speaking, all schools at the same time declare individual education before school, but how can it be implemented in practice? In classes, more than 25 students are taught, especially at one time, if many students are not taken, they are allowed to study.

I also want to increase the emphasis on new things in terms of mentoring. We know that it is impossible for teachers to achieve significant success in classes, where 25-30 students are trained. And not a problem with learning, even in the skin – its strengths, and our task is to show them, develop, and not follow the standard approach. In the classical lighting system, they call a time to develop the weak sides of the child, and instead, focus on the strengths.

I’ll give a butt: the kid is more like a foreign language, he’s already fluent in English. At that very moment, it is important for children to despise physics and not to quarrel with the exact sciences. Why are fathers ashamed: they hire a physics tutor, work for a penny, an hour, their strength and a child’s strength. The child is demotivated; І smut: the boy is not smart, now the killer is done.

What to do: respect the development of the strongest party, to open the child’s potential, and give more attention to the child of the children of the culture for his subjects. At the core of mentoring is a focus on developing strong newcomers.

Isn’t it right to look at physics? It turns out that in foreign schools there is an idea that a child can choose things for marriage.

But, in our STUDY Academy High School program, we combine international education and Ukrainian benefits. The skin subject is important, but in our classes no more than 10 students are taught, so we can be flexible and adjust the intensity of the skin care program. We can add an hour to the study of the skin and at the same time understand the intricacies of the ignorant.

Today, I am learning to politely respect the tone and the individual mind – not in words, but in practice. Let’s teach with respect, be understanding, respectful, so that the stench does not feel itself, for us today it is a priority in development today at the same level of academic training.

The versatility of that rock program is as important as ever. How do you add a safe training situation? How is it possible to get a better education for such minds, with constant sirens?

The task of the Lyceum is to motivate and help students to achieve academic results, and the task of the mentoring service is to fully realize the potential, comprehensive support and academic support for a good child.

At the same time, how important is it to the mother of the deck of options after completing school education, then, the mother of plan A and plan B. In your opinion, the introduction of international and Ukrainian programs is not a big challenges for learning Ukrainian?

We compared Ukrainian and international school programs, and digested them, leaving the most important core parts of both programs. In this way, students are not upset with the program throughout the obsyaz – well, it will be smoother. Students learn only the subjects that are really relevant and necessary for them.

For whom we suggest a dekіlka of options for poddnan. For example, the program could place more emphasis on international warehouses, which are exclusively written in the English language. The second version of the program has an emphasis on Ukrainian initial standards and advanced IT technologies.
