For months, the agency for investigation and management of the owner provides official answers to potential participants in the competition, the Geological Investment Group said the company.
Ukraine’s national agency in identity, search and management of properties received from corruption and other crimes (Army) will not reveal the major possessions, which doubt the sale of the owners of Morshinskaya and Unigra groups. This is stated in a statement by the investment company-consulting geological investment group, which has decided to become a member of the competitions for selecting the managers of subsoil-user assets currently in the Arma department.
The company believes that Arma contests on Morshinskaya’s property and unigra are at risk of repeating the recent scenario with Crambud.
“The Geological Investment Group, as a company that operates in raw materials, considers the possibility of participation. To prepare a highly equivalent competitive offer, we have officially asked to provide basic information about the ownership. However, we have rejected the words that these data belong to a limited access category,” the report said. “
According to the press service, potential participants are only eight days to prepare documents for submitting soft measures. As a result, the competition broke – only one applicant took part, denied. At the same time, excessive financial obligations have been assigned to the future manager in the market value of the property of more than 246 million UAHs and the absence of real data.
The company said the analysis of open resources showed krambud losses more than 9 million UAHs in 2024. They believe that without honest assessment of the owners, such situations would not be avoided.
Currently, the Geological Investment Group has been in contact with the arma for months as soon as the request to provide information to Morashinskaya and Unigra, a competition must be then announced to look for property. However, the answers will remain formal.
“Because of the previous experience, there is every reason to believe that the script will repeat … A similar skill reduces business confidence and creates a risk that professional companies will not take part in competitions. As a result, the state receives an imitation of the competition, where” their own “or random players play,” said the press service.
At the same time, the geological investment group has hope for Arma’s reform. The Law No. 4503-IX, adopted in July 2025, should introduce the mandatory disclosure of information and the development of an arma work policy through the government. The new policies will enter strength on January 30, 2026.
