Nvidia General Director Jensen Juuang called “historical” cooperation:
“This cooperation is closely combined with AI and accelerated NVIDIA computation with Intel processors and a large X86-transic system. Together we will expand our capabilities and place the foundation for a new period of calculations.”
Intel Lip-Bu Tan leader emphasized that the cooperation combined the strengths of both companies: “Architecture X86 has been the foundation of modern calculations over the decades. We have continued to change the entire portfolio of decisions to ensure future loads.”
Experts note that this transaction may inquire in the future of Intel Arc graphic cards. If the company is dedicated to the use of architecture of the NVIDIA RTX, the space for developing its own field solutions of video cards can be narrowed.
We will remind you, earlier, it was reported that Intel had agreed to sell the US government 10% of shares.
Nvidia is the first company in the history of capitalization $ 4 trillion
