Ford announced the intention of reducing 1000 work on the production of electric vehicles in German Cologne, Reuters reported. The reason is less than expected, the popularity of electric cars in the European market.

In the first seven months of the year, Ford sold 260 thousand cars of all kinds, which was only 0.7% than last year. Part of the company in the European market remains unchanged – 3.3 %, according to the European Association of Automobiles.
