State budget costs are determined at the level of 4.8 trillion UAH. Most of the funds are aimed at the defense sector.
The Cabinet of Ministers approved the Ukraine State Draft Budget for 2026 and transferred it to Verkhovna Rada. This was reported by Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko on Telegram on Monday, September 15.
“Now all Ukraine must be in the army or for the army. It also reflects the State 2026 budget,” said the head of government.

The increase in the average salaries of teachers by 50% of two stages – 30% from January 1, 2026, 20% since September 1, 2026;

Free food for 4.4 million students with a score of 1-11 nationwide since October 1, 2026;

The size of scholars has doubled for more than 163 thousand students from September 1, 2026.

an increase in the salaries of major and emergency medical doctors (increase to 35 thousand UAHs), as well as doctors of front -line regions, due to an increase in funding the program of medical guarantees in 191.6 billion UAH (+16.1 billion UAH in 2025);

Remember that the costs of the general state budget funds for safety and defense for January – July 2025 cost 1.4 trillion UAH, or 62.5% of all general funding costs.
