Business checks are reduced after the moratorium. Nearly 80 risks are determined to assess the need for inspections.
The Ukraine tax service in August reduced the number of actual inspections to nearly a third compared to July due to the introduction of the moratorium. This was reported by the Acting Head of Sts Lesya Karnauh on Facebook on Wednesday,
According to him, in July a little more than 3.6 thousand actual inspections were conducted, and in August their number was reduced to 2.3 thousand – by more than a third. In this case, the effectiveness of the checks is preserved.
“We have changed the philosophy of conducting inspections. Because the moratorium is not a complete ban, but a restriction. We actively use the approach at risk,” Karnaukh said.
He emphasized that STS is only evaluated where there are the greatest risks and high probability of violations. Nearly 80 risks are determined to assess the need for inspections. The checks remain mandatory for topics engaged in the circulation of excisable goods.
Remember, on July 24, the Cabinet of Ministers approved a plan for implementing the SNBO decision on a moratorium on unreasonable business checks with state bodies and, in general, for any intervention of state structures in business activity.
The national bank for the first time one year has recorded the optimistic business status. It influenced the consumer’s vigorous demand, a stable energy situation, the acceptance of international financial assistance and arrow factors.
