The dollar in Ukraine has fallen to a minimum from April

The NBU reduced the American currency rate rate, though in the interbank it climbed 5 kopecks and grew up to 41.26-41.29 buying and selling UAH/dollars.

The National Bank of Ukraine has strengthened Hryvnia with respect to the dollar to the maximum from the first half of April. This is confirmed by data on the regulator website on Monday, August 18.

Thus, the official course for tomorrow is set to 41.2589 hryvnias per 1 dollar (-0.0812 UAH). This is a minimum of April 9.

The official Euro course also fell and on Tuesday would be 48.1739 hryvnias per 1 euro (-0,1320 UAH).

Meanwhile, in the interbank, the dollar rate rose to 5 kopecks to 41.26-41.29 buying and selling UAH/dollars.

In exchanges, the dollar rate was stable and unchanged – 41.60 hryvnias, and the euro rate was reduced to 48.45 hryvnias.

Keep in mind that for the period on August 11-15, the National Bank sells 607.8 million dollars in the interbank, which is $ 230 million less than a week before the latter. At the same time, the regulator bought only 60 thousand dollars.

Earlier it was learned that the Euro had become a major currency for the new Ukrainian savings. According to the NBU, the net purchase of the dollar was $ 17 million in July, and the Euro – 312 million in dollars terms.
