“The prosecutor’s office and law enforcement agencies are already conducting open cases against entrepreneurs. According to its results, 30% of these industries are closed,” the prime minister said.

It is noted that the government is preparing to introduce bills in business protection and reform of the Verkhovna Rada regulation. We are talking about changes in the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine and other regulations.
According to the initiative, only the general prosecutor or head of the regional prosecutor can coordinate new criminal proceedings against entrepreneurs. Arrests and documents will be canceled if they interfere with business work. It is also provided for closing “hovering” cases without sufficient evidence.
Remember that today the National Security and Defense Council (National Security and Defense Council) has introduced a moratorium on business checks with state bodies.
