Since the beginning of the year, the rising fuel prices is over 25 %, which has already significantly beat the Russian pocket.
The Russian government is considering the possibility of a complete ban on fuel exports against the background of the rapid rising fuel prices. It can have remote consequences for both the energy and Russian sectors that have felt the burden of ineffective state policy. This was reported by Ukraine’s Foreign Intelligence Service on Sunday, June 29.
As a result, exchange prices for gasoline grow rapidly. In June, AI -95 gasoline climbed 11 % – up to 67,456 rubles per ton, and AI -92 – of 12 %, up to 64,462 rubles. Since the beginning of the year, growth was more than 25 %, which has hit Russian purse.
Currently, the Russian Federation discusses the expansion of existing restrictions – from merchants and oil depots to direct manufacturers, including major state players, such as Rosneft. In addition, the Kremlin considers a reduction in compensation to oil companies in the Damper mechanism – an instrument designed to prevent the growth of domestic fuel prices.
SVRA noted that despite the recent decline in oil prices in the world, exporting oil products remains one of several stable sources of foreign exchange rate revenues for the Russian economy. Therefore, a complete prohibition on exporting gasoline will probably even slow down the industry’s income and not bring fast relief for the domestic market.
Note that on the night of June 23, the units of special operations of the Ukraine armed forces, in collaboration with rocket and artillery troops, struck atlas oil vegetable oil, in the Rostov region.
Prices for fuel in Russia will defeat a 13-year record
