“At first, according to technical and economic justification, water water should cost a state of 8.7 billion UAH. According to analysis, 6.2 billion UAH. This is the result of systematic projects: thorough analysis, identification and correction of mistakes, as well as changing solutions that do not meet the technical requirements,” he wrote.
According to Kuleba, the new version of the project considers everything necessary for the sustainable functioning of water conduit in war conditions: a new water station and protective structures, shelters for workers in facilities, and providing an additional 50 thousand cubic meters. M water daily for the irrigation system, frequency converts and backup generators for each pumping station, fiber -optic communication system and power supply lines.
The Deputy Prime Minister has now added that the water supply has been built by 70%.
“This is a very fast pace for such a huge infrastructure project. After all, the actual construction of the water conduit began in January this year. So in August, more than half a million residents of Nikolaev, for the first time since 2022, will regain access to water,” he said.
The Kupeba expects that the saved funds are aimed at other infrastructure projects.
“The sales funds will ask the government to use other infrastructure projects in the field of water supply. In those regions where the situation remains critical. In particular, this is a water for the Tomakov and the world communities in the dnepropetrovsk region, the Bolgrad and Suvorovsky water conduit in the Odessa region, the Modernization of the water intake in the city of lubny in the Polya region.
Reminding, the earlier Kupeba said the Sumy region received an additional 200 million UAH for emergency recovery after the seizure, the construction of protective habitat, the purchase of special equipment for utilities, as well as repairing critical infrastructure.
