The National Bank softened foreign exchange restrictions and began implementing the stimulation of money liberalization. This was reported by the NBU Personselb.

“Ukrainian businesses have done individual foreign exchange operations overly established restrictions within the investment limit. It is equivalent to the amount of funds raised from May 12, 2025 to the authorized capital of these businesses from foreign investors,” the report said.
Some of the other eases began to work:

The possibilities of funding foreign representative offices of Ukrainian companies are expanding;

Business may make payments related to judicial procedures for non -resident non -resident conditions under import and export contracts;

Limits to the calculations of overseas corporate cards are rising;

Separate currency operations in “forward” are allowed;

It is possible to pay for consular fees on accounts of Ukraine’s diplomatic missions and consular institutions abroad;

The simplified method for opening any accounts for military personnel, and not just current accounts for receiving cash security, has been introduced.
At the same time, the NBU introduced some restrictions.
Banks are forbidden to complete foreign money administration of running imports in the event of returning to import of hryvnia funds from non-resident banks’ parrot accounts;
The monthly limit of 500 thousand UAHs applies to overseas arrangements with payment cards opened by Ukraine banks for foreign currency bills, to pay for certain types of services.
Remember that the NBU canceled the limit of 150,000 hryvnias for shift from card to card.
